2. If so, please provide:

the Essex County Council department or service responsible for making the referral or placement.
3. Copies of any contracts, service level agreements, framework agreements or other arrangements between Essex County Council and TP Property Investment (or any associated company or trading name) relating to this property or the provision of accommodation.
4. Copies of correspondence between Essex County Council and TP Property Investment relating to this property, excluding personal data where appropriate.
5. Details of any safeguarding concerns, safeguarding enquiries, contract monitoring, quality assurance visits, inspections or reviews undertaken by Essex County Council in relation to this property. Where personal information is exempt, I request anonymised information where possible.
6. Details of any complaints received by Essex County Council concerning the management, condition or operation of this property and any action taken in response.
