Question 3 - Any internal reports, correspondence, or decision records relating to:
The covering, removal, or suspension of weight restriction signage
Changes affecting HGV routing through Weeley.
Records of complaints or reports submitted regarding HGV traffic, road safety, or structural concerns in this area
Any risk assessments or safety evaluations relating to heavy vehicle usage on this section of road
Please see the attached location plan relating to the covering up of weight restrictions signs once the revocation was in force.

There have been no recent changes to HGV routing through Weeley and there are currently not concerns relating to HGV traffic, road safety or structural concerns.
We don’t hold any specific risk assessments or have any safety evaluations relating to heavy vehicle usage in this section of road. A review of collision data has not indicated this site has a pattern of collisions, that would require a casualty reduction scheme.
