The vehicle/MEWP appeared to be positioned or operated at different times on the carriageway, verge and footway.
Please provide:
Question 1 - Any highway licence, permit, temporary obstruction licence, street works permit, road-opening notice, temporary traffic management approval, TTRO, traffic order, event-related approval or other authorisation relating to the vehicle, MEWP, associated works or activity at that location and time.
Question 2 - The name of the applicant, promoter, contractor, plant operator, traffic management contractor, or other authorised entity recorded on any such licence, permit, notice or approval.
Question 3 - Any risk assessment, method statement, traffic management plan, drawings, photographs, permit conditions, inspection notes, enforcement records or complaint records relating to the activity.
Question 4 - Any one.network entry, street works register entry, permit reference or internal record relating to works, traffic management, temporary obstruction, event activity or use of plant at that junction on that date.
