This should include all complaints recorded by the Council, covering Corporate (non-Social Care), Adult Social Care and Children’s Social Care.

Corporate (this does include some social care complaints as they can come under Corporate complaints) – 3529

Statutory Adult Social Care – 503

Statutory Children Social Care – 128
