Lime Street is a private street open to all traffic to pass and repass not just residents who own property and no rights exist for the inhabitants of Brightlingsea including myself or property owners to park or obstruct and unfortunately some have put buildings on their boundary and concrete drives extending outside their curtilage (they can still park in the garages built).
