Question 1 - I am looking for details of roadworks that were either due, were in the process of being undertaken, or had been completed on Molrams Lane, Great Baddow, at or near its junction with Maldon Road, Great Baddow. I am currently dealing with a road traffic accident which occurred on the 14th July 2024, in which a cyclist was knocked off his bicycle at this junction sustaining serious injury. We currently have a dispute regarding whether or not roadworks were in situ at the time.
