Question 2 - For each financial year from 2017/18 to 2024/25, how many non-domestic properties did your organisation bill using the Small Business Non-Domestic Rating Multiplier (i.e. rateable value under £51,000) that were eligible for Retail, Hospitality and Leisure (RHL) relief?
