I can confirm that Essex County Council does not hold this information.
I am making enquiries which are concerned with:
The prevention or detection of crime or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders (DPA 2018 Schedule 2, Part 1, Para 2) (1), (a) & (b)).
I am requesting details that you may hold regarding the tenancy at 24 Norfolk Close, CO7 7FR. We are trying to ascertain if a Mr George Lian Radley was/is a tenant or Household member of this property.
George is looking to succeed the property; he has yet to provide proof of his residency but claim to of lived there for the majority of his life.
This information would be greatly appreciated in helping us through the succession process.
