I can confirm that Essex County Council does not hold this information.
I am carrying out an environmental assessment of the above site. I would like to make an FOI request for any petroleum records you may hold. This site was occupied by ATS Euromaster for 20+ years. Please see my questions below:
Question 1 - Do you hold any records of petroleum licensing for the site? If so, please provide the following:
· No. of tanks.
· Contents of tanks.
· Construction of tanks (e.g., single or double skinned).
· Size of tanks.
· Date of decommissioning.
· How these were decommissioned.
· Any site plans indicating locations of tanks.
· Any leaks, spills, or problems with the tanks.
