All improvement notices, deferred prohibition notices and immediate prohibition notices under health and safety legislation issued to companies by the local authority since 2019 and all prosecutions of companies for health and safety offences by the local authority since 2019, including:
- the name of the company
- type of enforcement action (e.g improvement notice, prohibition notice or prosecution)
- the date of the notice or prosecution
- the value of any penalty issued
- a brief description of the offence
