I can confirm that Essex County Council does hold this information, and where we are able to release this, our response is listed below.
Question 1 - I would like to request a copy of the traffic regulation order for the motor vehicles restriction on Hythe Hill, Colchester, at the junction with Hythe Quay. Please could this be provided in PDF format, with searchable / selectable text, and inclusive of all schedules.
Please note, this request is for the traffic order in its entirety, not only the part of the order relevant to the location mentioned above. Please do not provide any sort of "extract" that is anything less than the full document.
Please note this is a request for the sealed / formally enacted order, please do not provide any informal "working copy". If the order has been amended multiple times by later orders, please provide the sealed copy of the original order as enacted, plus the sealed version of all amending orders (again with searchable / selectable text, and inclusive of all schedules).
