I can confirm that Essex County Council does not hold this information.

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding the maintenance of the land situated between my property at 103 Walton Road, Frinton-on-Sea (CO13 0AB) and the adjacent Tendring College grounds.

This area is currently overgrown with brambles and weeds, which are aggressively spreading and invading my property. Despite my best efforts to maintain the boundary, the growth is breaching my fence line. The situation is exacerbated by a metal fence running along the perimeter, making it extremely difficult and hazardous for me to clear the encroaching vegetation myself

I request that you identify the responsible party for this land immediately and ensure that this overgrowth is cleared as a matter of urgency to prevent further damage to my property.

This land does not belong to Essex County Council.
