Further to my email below, I confirm the correct address the accident location is A414 Chelmsford Road - Outside 2 Crownlands Cottages, Chelmsford Road, Ongar, CM5 9NN.
Question 1 - Unfortunately, the issue of who was responsible for the accident is yet to be resolved. We understand that you may operate CCTV Which covers the area of A414 Chelmsford Road. If this is the case, we would be grateful for a copy of footage.
