I can confirm that Essex County Council does not hold this information.

 

I have been informed by Cllr Stephen Murray that for a change of existing restriction of a resident permit area to be proposed, then 75% of the affected households must have shown support prior to the TRO statutory consultation. My understanding is that a petition was submitted.

Please advise:

Question 1 - How many signatures the petition had

Question 2 - How many individual households responded to the petition

Question 3 - How many households were considered to be "in the affected area" when estabalishing if the 75% threshold to introduce proposals had been breached
