Question 1 - I am writing to make a request for the following information below in this email, to which we are entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with the planning reference number that can be used to access on all Section 278 and Section 38 technical approvals granted from the 1st March 2026 – 31st March 2026 via your planning portal. In the interest of protecting our environment, I would like to request that the above information is sent to info@rsbonds.co.uk.

 

This information should be easily accessible, as other Local Authorities have swiftly provided this information. To aid and assist, I have included a template within this email that demonstrates the type of data we require. Please could you provide the data in an excel spreadsheet with the columns outlined below.
